Every new TrueTrack subscription includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you owe nothing.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. You may cancel at any time from your Profile page; your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
If you cancel an annual subscription within 14 days of the initial charge and have not materially used the Service, you may request a full refund by emailing support@truetrack.systems. After 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable, but you keep access through the end of your paid year and can cancel auto-renewal at any time.
Open your Profile page in TrueTrack, choose Manage subscription, and follow the prompts. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you believe you were charged in error or charged twice, contact us within 60 days of the charge and we will investigate and refund any verified errors.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly via email. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
