• Account information: email address, password (hashed), and authentication provider details.
• Financial records you enter: income, expenses, mileage, receipts, and tax-related figures. This data belongs to you.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We retain a Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
• Usage data: log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to operate and secure the service.

• To provide, maintain, and improve TrueTrack.
• To process subscription payments and manage your account.
• To communicate with you about your account, billing, and product updates.
• To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud or security issues.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers who help us run TrueTrack (hosting, database, authentication, email).
• Stripe, our payment processor, for subscription billing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to data they collect.
• Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal records within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain them (for example, billing records).

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, secure authentication, row-level access controls). No system is perfectly secure; you use TrueTrack at your own risk and are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

8. Children

TrueTrack is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
